$300 security deposit is required for all bookings and will be returned/voided in 14 days or less from departure date subject to satisfactory inspection of the property.
Pool heat is available for $60 a day and is recommended from October 31st to the March 31st. If you would like the Spa / Hot Tub to be heated you will need to add pool heat to your reservation.
